Please Read our Terms & Conditions before booking

  • Upon booking you accept the terms & conditions.

  • Your booking is subject to a 2 hour time slot after which we will need your table back.

  • Our full tea selection and americano coffee are included within the afternoon tea price. All other beverages are purchased seperately and are charged at menu price.

  • A £5 deposit per person is required upon booking. 

  • 72 hour cancelation policy applies. Any deposits will be forfitted if you do not cancel within this time frame.

  • The responsibilty of final payments lies with the person who booked.

  • Final drinks orders will be taken 15 minutes before the end of your alloted time slot.

  • Alcohol purchases are subject to challenge 25 laws & failure of proof of age will result in refusal of service.

  • Anyone suspected of being drunk will be refused service.

  • Abuse of our Staff and other Guests will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the premesis. 

  • We are happy for individuals to provide table decorations such as balloons & flowers. Wall mounted decorations are strickly prohibited. 

Exclusive use of our Upstairs Room

  • Upon booking you are accepting these and aboves terms & conditions 

  • Exclusive use of the room is available with a minimum of 15 Signature Afternoon Tea Bookings. Upon booking the option of exclusive use of our room you have committed to pay for 15 people on the date. 

  • We are a licenced premises where Alcoholic Beverages can be supplied however it is prohibited for you bring your own beverages. If alcohol is found on party members they will be asked to leave.

  • £50 cash deposit is required upon arrival as room deposit. This will be returned at the end of your stay if room returned satisfactorily.

  • The member of the party who made the booking is fully responsible for the final bill and if paying separately will be responsible for any payments remaining.

  • We are more than happy for table decorations and free standing decorations to be used. We also have places where you can tie banners etc. However we do forbid for anything to be stuck to the walls or other furnishings. This includes bluetack, whitetack, tape, masking tape or tacks. Use of any of the stated or damage to any of our property will result in charges. This will be added to the final bill.

  • All decorations and Rubbish generated (e.g. gift wrap or packaging) must be removed on exit.

  • We love hearing you all having such a wonderful time all we ask is that you keep noise levels reasonable as the room is connected to the rest of the tearoom.
